Well soon I get to take my first welding test to see if I am able to get this job or not. The test is Vertical Up Bevel plate with 1/8" gap, 6010 root pass and fill in with 7018. They do not do a destructive test, instead grade you while you are welding. In school we bent all of ours to see if it would hold.
