ebay?

I found this itemhttp://cgi.ebay.com/LINCOLN-INVERTEC...QQcmdZViewItem I saw the same listing last week  and got out bid in last min.went for aabout $800. Now looking at ebay again I see the same exact item i tell you it is identical. I think the seller does nopt want to put a reserve on it but doesnot want it ti go for cheap either. I really dont use ebay what do you guys think?

Reply:I think I had a V250-S and it was a sweet welder.  Sold it to my little brother for his first TIG/stick machine.  He loves it.David Real world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.
Reply:MIght be that the winner never paid, so he relisted.  Happens all the time.  Oops, just read the sellers feed back.  Looks like the seller forgot to put a reserve on it the last time, but there is not a reserve this time either.  Looks like he is trying to reduce his listing fee by not having a reserve, but instead opts to ruin his reputation by refusing to sell at the end of the auction.
