Blown Powcon, what to do?

I just got a powcon 300sm.  Well the box had written on it 480 amp. It also had the 400 coupling, so I rewired the cord to fit my power.  Turned it on and smoke like a son of a ......I opened the box to find out the breaker bars were set for 240.   Well guess I feel.So does any body know what I need to do to get this bad boy working again?Thanks Darryl

Reply:Around here my local welder repair shop ( M&L welder/ generator repair, Asheville ,NC  828-250-5393) knows of and uses Arc products for parts support. He works on Powcons regularly. Reply:I have a 300 sm I would be willing to sell. New on off switch and checked over. I got so used to the thermal arc when it was at the repair shop I neve switched back.
