finally decided I need to build a TIG cart. Getting real sick of moving everything around all the time.Love to see pics of what others have made. The search funtion didn't turn up much in the way of carts.Main problem I'm looking at is the argon bottle I use are rather large suckers and weight just under 80 kg when empty. This is heavier than my welder. Most designs I've seen have a flat low section at the back where the bottle slides on. The have big wheel. I'd like to have castors all round, so the cart can be moved sidewards. I'd be worried this would tip the whole damn cart over, if the castors were pointing the wrong way, due to the weight of the bottle. I also need storage for at least 8 types of filler rod, foot pedal, tungstens, gas lenses etc etc.thanksMike
Reply:what size cylinder are you using, 300cf?StangnetShop Full Of Stuff. Joey
Reply:Vipermanz,No actually the tank size I'm using here in Australia is 10.5 cubic metres, that works out to be around 370.8 cf! The tanks once they get to that size are steel and damn heavy bastatrds.  I can't lift one on my own. I can only move them around by rolling or using a trolley.Mike
Reply:wow, and i though my 80cf was big sometimes!! All of my equipment is stationary right now, i don't have to move it around muchStangnetShop Full Of Stuff. Joey
