Hi there,A friend wants me to cut his 4 Way wedge so it is just a single. Is it ok to just use the torch?I also need to re-weld the single wedge to the frame. Whats the best way to do this? Preheat to cherry red...then....?? Whats the best electrode to use? I always hear that you cant just go in and lay a bead because it will never hold.Any suggestions would be great help.I'm a pretty good welder, been schooled and all, just need some more advise for this here. Dont want the weld to break for this guy.Thanks
