Trampoline Repair

HeyThis is my first welding project finished.The trampoline we have is around 5 years old. The welds keep breaking on it because what happens is the tubing bends in, then it collapse in the inside of the trampoline frame. Which then breaks the weld on the the outside and then continues and breaks the hole weld. We have has this happen last year also. It has broke in 3 different places so far. Each time it happened we got somebody else just to weld the tube back on. As for replacement parts we were unable to get the same part because they don't make them anymore. Now after the fourth time to break we got fed up with fixing it. So we rented a welder at a local equipment place. The welder we rented was a canox must have been at least 3 years old. Flux-Core 0.35. It said 70 amps. Not to sure if that was right for it max amps output. Anyways we had to cut pieces 1.5" by 3.5" to brace the frame with. We figured out to put two of them on the inside because that is where it collapse all the time , then one of the outside. We had a couple problems with the welder. The dam wire got stuck in the tip a couple times. When it got stuck it created a jam up by the roller before it goes into the gun hose and then the wire got stuck in the liner and on the tip. After a couple times we found out they had the wrong size of contact tip on the gun. The tip was 0.8 but on the wire it said 0.35 0.9. We then got a new tip. This is my first major welding project other than welding a minichopper frame at school. After about the first bar was done I got the hang of getting a good long bead. After a long day of welding it finally got done. I hope it works. Here is some pictures there not all that good because of crappy camera. O As for the paint it is just rust paint. Inside there is big tacks It was hard to get any pictures of close ups on the welds sorry.
Reply:just keep a very close eye on it foe further cracking......zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
