Another Welding table......

Another table to add to my 24" x 42" slotted table and my 4' x 8' x 3/8" table.A 5' x 10' x 1" heavy table. I do alot of machine bases and framework that MUST stay flat and this table is not going to warp at all. Need to finish painting it up but I am happy. I don't even have more than about 175.00 in it. Reply:casters, tubeing for legs at scrap yard, 5" channel from an ironworker I know. 2, 20 footers for 60.00. and the top from a local machine shop. It has been sitting around their shop for 3 years with some surface rust. I scored major on it.

Reply:I like that table. Wish I could find some big steel like that.You did good.Plan on building one when I get the top. Then I will decide on the frame. I have some channel and your's looks like it may be the right design. Low to the ground, I like that.Are there cross members?
