As lots of you know i weld alot of "rollers"some big some small...(ya i still need a turntable)but all i had to put the roller wheels on so i could weld the head faces was this lift table...not very appealing... so i made one of these this morning..this was cool...i popped some holes in the outer tubing and tacked some 5/16-18 nuts to the top..(too thin to drill and tap)..that way there i can take it apart when i dont need it..i did that method on the table end and on the rear stand end..but when i welded the plate to the table i was not going to flip the table on end to do it so i just ran the footpedal with my knee while the plate was clamped in place..its kinda low to the ground..i cant bend anymore like i used to..my other knee is killing me now.. but i like it!now the babies can have their table back (everytime i have something somebodyelse "needs" it more than me.. i actually came in one day and the roller i had set up on the table was on the floor..and the table was elsewhere so now this is it with the roller wheels on it..and i'm now kinda unlimited to where i put the roller wheels..monday i'll round off the sharp edges on the tops of the rear angle iron..maybe put some "split down the middle" 5/16 vaccumn tubing over them also..hmmm now what can i make??...zap!Last edited by zapster; 11-11-2006 at 03:23 PM.I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
