where can i found tables illustrating the relation between pipe thickness ( material : A 106 grade B ) and the different groove shapes for this thickness ?
Reply:I'm not sure if such charts exist, usually an engineering decision based on joint requirements and service. The thicker pipe gets then you start using more techniques to reduce electrode use. Besides that it varies a lot from industry to industry and service requirements.
Reply:37 1/2 degrees... works for beveling machines..if you're not livin on the edge, you're takin up too much room.. |
