Reply:It's unfinished steel, I made it to hang on the wall.I first drilled a centered hole through all of the pieces but the top, tiged on a piece of 5/32 rod in the center of the top piece, slid each piece on and tacked it to the rod, and did a plug weld on the final piece.I'm not a very artistic person, I'm more into building car parts etc., this is my very first attempt at anything artistic.
