The guy happened to be me last week when I needed some water torch hoses crimped with a special fitting on the ends.  The hoses were for a homemade cooler I was making but I could not find anyone in Orange County that had the right ferrules or crimp machine.  I decided to make a cold call to Arc-Zone Welding Supply in Carlsbad since they are relatively close to my home.  When I walked in I was met by a great guy named Jim who listened to my goofy story about the hoses and quickly understood what I needed.  He walked back into the warehouse for about three minutes and came back with my hoses crimped exactly as the factory Weldcraft fittings on the opposite ends.  I knew Arc-Zone was an internet only type business (with a kick-*** website by the way) but I still received top notch customer service by stopping by in person.  Jim didn't even let me pay for the service and parts.The real cool part was driving home and noticing the title Jim had on his business card, President/Founder.  Now that's just plain cool.....                                                              Thanks Jim,  You have all my future business.Last edited by Kaiser26k3; 03-07-2010 at 11:40 PM.
