i have a weldenpower 125 stick welder/genarator for some reason i fire it up and it will run for about 30 45 secs then cuts off any ideas?
Reply:Could be thats the amount of fuel in the carburetor from the startup choke and the engine stops because the main jet circuit is not delivering fuel. Clean/rebuild the carb.
Reply:Sounds like a basic fuel problem such as what transit suggested. Check for a plugged fuel tank outlet/valve or clogged filter too.And check the oil level.
