Here is the current project.... I am building 4 of these custom blade guards for a local casket compant.... 2 left and 2 right. The blade is 19" in dia. the motors mount directly to the guard housings (they sit on the angle)http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...d/P1010001.jpghttp://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...d/P1010007.jpghttp://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...d/P1010003.jpghttp://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...d/P1010005.jpghttp://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...d/P1010006.jpg_________________Chris

Reply:Nice fab job. Looks plenty HD enough to last for years.I'm just curious if they have a dust collection system? I couldn't tell from the pics if the guard is designed to accept a hose. Your design or are you replacing a old one?Hobart 140 Handler w/ gasHyperTherm Powermax 380 Plasmaoxy/acetylene
Reply:I will post a few more pics.... I finished them today but forgot my camera at the shop. Yes there is a dust collection system which is not pictured on the one I've posted. I'm replacing existing guards... but the guards I'm replacing are for a 16" blade and I built these to accept a 19" blade. There are several things I would have done differently if I had to do them again._________________Chris
