what is the proper size for the camlock connector (twist lock ) that plugs into the front of the welder, for the ground/ stinger....On a 1998 model Miller DX 200 I have been using my china cables that have a 35/50 MM end, but not sure if they are correct.....I have not made the cables yet but will probably be 4 or 2 whatever i have on hand...

Reply:No, not that plug, I mean the Male camlock type of plug. like on the opposite end of the ground clamp cable, or electrode....
Reply:You have the right cable connectors.
Reply:You need a pair of "Dinse Male, 0.505" O.D." connectors. Welding Depot has them. They are also available all over e-Bay. Most local welding supplies will also have them.
Reply:Got Em, fit much better than the 35-50 mm plugs i was using, thing is i sold the machine that the 35/50 came from so i had to let them go with it..... |
