I didn't fabricate it, just modified it a bit. It's rolling work table for auto mechanics from Pep Boys - less than $40 IIRC. The best add-on was the old computer monitor holder on which an invented 78-cent ceramic floor tile fits perfectly. It holds 40 lbs and is just the right level to pull up a stool and weld small items. The rolling tool box was made from book shelves, cabinets, and trim pieces from discarded office cubicles.
