Ahhhhh Here we go again.. Snowmobile Heat Exchanger..If you dont know what it is..Its a Radiator..sorta..These are found in the back up underneeth in a snowmobile thats liquid cooled..(My Mach Z has one)But they dont have fins..Its basically an Aluminum box that water comes in one side..out the other..no baffles or chambers and the snow you throw up off the track does the cooling...Ok Enough of that..Here it is..Notice its "steaming"..this is after cleaning the outside..but you must pass the torch over it a few times because it had antifreeze in it and one way or another it's gotta go..Here is one crack..heres two more..First pass..First pass over the two..OK Now on to the next post.. ...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
Reply:After the water/pressure test..It was thumbs down.. Unwilling to admit defeat..Its time to stitch it and get it over with..Results..Holds water and pressure now.. Heres the weapon...3/32 red Gas mix..80 Amps..4043 1/16 filler..I get all the fun jobs..And by the way..Do not pay attention to any of the other "welds" you may see..I have NOTHING to do with themThey are awful.. ...zap! Reply:Nice. Although the first welds don't look up to your usual level of excellence, I'm guessing that's due to the material and not the operator. Good job.EDIT: hehehe, I just criticized Zap's welds.....that's kinda funny.

Reply:Ya, it looks to be crumpled up quite a bit. I was repairing a roof snow rake yesterday and it was hard to get the correct angle on the material.John -  fabricator extraordinaire, car nut!-  bleeding Miller blue! http://www.weldfabzone.com
