Looking at a 250 migmaster. Anybody have a clue why some look like a gray front and some black front? new/old?

Reply:It looks like from mid 1999 to mid 2000 ESAB tried to cut costs on the unit by going away from the dual driven drive roll system that my unit containsI have no idea when ESAB did the update, but  from at least the age of my unit and up they have upgraded the contactor from a 40 amp to a 60 amp.ESAB Migmaster 250 Hobart Ironman 230Multimatic 215TWECO Fabricator 181i & 211iHH125EZ - nice little fluxcore only unitMaxstar 150 STH - very nice
