Well here is something I have never posted....... an example of my TIG welding. So here it is..... I had to Tig a tapper lock onto both ends of a steel roller.I used the positioner for this.One side....The other end....Thanks for looking......_________________Chris

Reply:Sorry to beat the bush any longer but for my own personal knowledge; in pic 8 the frontmost bushing has its threaded keyway at around the 6 o' clock position while the rearmost bushing has its keyway at around 4 o'clock. Are you saying that a single threaded key passes through both of these bushings and they are lined up? The same can be said for pic 6. The front bushing "seems" to be at 12 o' clock and the rear at 10. I've seen the common notched keyways but this is my first time seeing a threaded one. Sorry for the hijack, just trying to add something new to my mental database.
