Reply:As usual, a teriffic job. Good to see you posting pics again too. I was starting to miss your projects.I've got to start posting pics again. Haven't really done stuff worth posting but I have a couple things in the "pipeline" that might merit. That aluminum defintely separates the men from the boys in my book. Been having a tough time with it. Sometimes like clockwork. Sometimes the clock runs backwards. On the upside, after doing a bunch of aluminum, the steel TIG seems almost too easy. What is that thing anyway? Looks like a tank? You get all the fun jobs. Favorite right now is a Miller Syncro 200.Tons of tools and I blame at least one of them when things don't go right.
Reply:Very nice! 1/16th filler?

Reply:Great looking job. Years ago when i was doing a lot of aluminum work I was taught to use the pure tungsten. Would normally use 1/16 on work that thin.. Did u do the sides vertile or turn it on it side to weld the seams horizontally? Thanks for sharing Terry
