Chopper front ends

We are trying to see if we can make any money at our shop with this new contract.  The front ends are 4130 and are a multi step machineing process before either chrome or bare metal. I was welding them with ER-502 filler(customer supplied).  I read another topic on this board about how people used either ER-70s or ER-80s and mentioned that to the customer, but they were adiment about using ER-502.There is a picture of one in the works and the rest are the finished product after chrome.-MikeOh yeah.. The pipe with flange was for another customer that wanted a s.s tri-clover welded to small piece of s.s tube (.063 wall).  Trick was, that it had to be food grade, so I had to back purge it for a full penn.
