Reply:Very interesting....2 quick questions, they are kind of related.1)  How did you bend the pipe?2)  On the rear cylinder, for example, there are two curves welded together to make the transition....why not just bend it as one piece?  I see you did the same thing one the cylinder next to it also.Sorry for the newb question, but I'm curious.Ron
Reply:Nice work!

Reply:The mount has two jobs, positioning the engine in the bay, and adding as much support for the block as possible. Thanks for the replies...Miller Dynasty 200 DX(love it!, well I did, now its a paperweight)Miller fixed it, haven't used it much yet $2900 warranty Miller 210 Thermal Arc UltraFlex 350Cobra Push-Pull Wire feedLots of other things

Reply:Mandrel bent tubing like that is available through summit racing or jegs for any of you guys that want to build stuff like that... may be better suppliers but they are the easiest to deal with....  Have used a few J-bends myself to reroute a tube or two....  Have yet to venture into full custom though.  What thickness wall is that stainless tubing? No support bracket for the turbo?

Reply:Sweet! I missed the part about the support bracket.  I was curious as we will be building a turbo setup for our H22-swapped Honda CRX.  Unfortunately I will have nowhere near that much room to work....  Do you make your own flanges or where do you source them, if ya dont mind me askingRacing Solutions sells all kinds of tubing for building headers and exhaust. They also have turbo and header flanges.http://store.racing-solutions.org/index.html

Reply:Oh as for the flanges check Ebay. I usually have them made unless a customer brings one to me. My personal favorite is to have them cnc'd and mill a shallow pocket to keep everything centered on the flange relative to the port...Miller Dynasty 200 DX(love it!, well I did, now its a paperweight)Miller fixed it, haven't used it much yet $2900 warranty Miller 210 Thermal Arc UltraFlex 350Cobra Push-Pull Wire feedLots of other things
