Skewed skid caster

I got to replace a pair of bent swivel casters under a 5th wheel a couple days ago. Time laps photography here, (I gotta take film to get development).The simple fix and the path I chose was to leave the swivel bearings and take off the two side plates on each caster.I needed to keep the wheel height but use nonswiveling skid wheels.Height with the extra steel material will be close enough.With the two wheels ready I tacked them in, adjusted with a screw driver before full weldment.With a spray bottle full of water handy, I immobilized the old caster bases and fully welded the wheels in place. There was still grease in the old caster bearings which constantly caught on fire and lots of fiberglass, wiring and plastic holding up insulation, typical!  Keep the home fires extinguished!! Reply:I agree..Nice job.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
