Finally made up my mind that I'm going to buy a TIG welder, it's between a Lincoln 225 TIG and a Miller Syncrowave 200. Both of the welders are on sale now, and very close to the same price.Question I have for you guy's is, witch one, and why?John

Reply:I know you narrowed it down to between Lincoln and Miller but there might be another to consider. I would get the one that would have lower amp draw. It would also have adjustable frequency for Al. It would be less strain on your back if you ever needed to transport it by being 150 lbs lighter. So if you have some time take a look at the Thermal Arc Arc Master 185, it may be a little more expensive but your aready in the ball park as far as price is concerned.
