Did a little 'commercial' welding activity recently which funded some new aquisitions- the biggie was this helmet. The helmet is outstanding. The headgear system-'****'. The optics same thing and speaking of the optics. The setting range is great, I used it for plasma cutting on top of welding settings. Again, this item IS everything the owners have said about it. We will see how it holds up over the long run, but if you have extra $$ burning a hole in your pocket-uvex has done their homework with this baby"after a long day of doing nothing...its gooood to kick back" Pumbaa
Reply:Hey Px, at least we agree on something! I went rounds with Hobart/Miller for months before finally selling the hood to to buy a Satellite. Some of the best money I ever spent. Glad you like it. I know your opinion carries some weight, and it is an excellent product.
