Reply:I also want to know the price. And do you send it anywhere around the world? or where are you located?Diego BelloMillerMatic 180 Im just learning how to weld! Bogota, Colombia. South America
Reply:Maybe we should have a specific heading for manufacturers to introduce their product?I would hate to see this one swamped by suppliers. It does seem to be in the spirit of this one.(a separate heading could mean a lot of work for the Mods sifting out Spam?)A good guess is better than a bad measurement
Reply:I have been speaking to Arthur for some time now about the machine. I finally got a price figure today. I will with-hold that info to give him the chance to personally lay that all out and potentially avoid stepping on anyone's toes. He's a very nice and friendly person but the machine is priced far too rich for my blood. It actually makes PlasmaCam, TorchMate.... seem like damn good deals.
Reply:I'd personally be more interested in that satellite dish (shown in Post #5).Any dish that can "see" through a building has got to be "high tech".Syncro 250 DX Dynasty 200 DXMM 251 w/30A SG XMT 304 w/714 Feeder & Optima PulserHH187Dialarc 250 AC/DCHypertherm PM 1250Smith, Harris, Victor O/ASmith and Thermco Gas MixersAccess to a full fab shop with CNC Plasma, Water Jet, etc.

Reply:I want to see how long it lasts.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
Reply:c-arthur,In the US, it is common practice to quote the base retail or end-user price, and to invite an inquiry as to upgrades or discounts for quantity and dealer pricing. Sooner or later you have to show your hand. No sense alienating prospective buyers with a price charade.Good luck with your product.Last edited by denrep; 10-31-2007 at 08:12 PM.
Reply:This company is WORTHLESS, I emailed them and got no response. Probably a SCAM!!!, these are many from China these days.
Reply:He's a friggin' SPAMMER, and he is not a sponsor on the board. Why the hell should we waste our time trying to support him- he doesn't support us. All he wanted from me was to sell one of these for him, and then I could get one at a reduced price. I hate scam artists, especially when they have what could be a great product. This guy BLOWS.And then, after so much work...... you have it in your hand, and you look over to your side...... and the runner has run off. Leaving you holding the prize, wondering when the runner will return.
Reply:Wow, I wouldn't jump to all those conclusions fellas. You have to understand that there are many barriers for international commerce here in the US. Apart from small language barriers, tendency for US consumers to not think out of the box; there are also time delays with their company being on the other half of the world. Its simply not as easy to respond or defend themselves as a merchant here in the USA. I don't want to seem like I am taking sides but I have indeed read about this product via other forums, engineering publications, and engineering conventions. It is a LEGITIMATE product with a real company with real people who know what they are doing. I think the negative comments is a bit harsh and a bit premature. I am a bit surprised by your comments Giant Guy considering you yourself are a distributor for these "out of the box" Chinese made machines. I remember when those imported inverter machines were looked at as scams as well. Today they are all over Ebay and people are loving them. The company will be at FABTECH in Chicago next week. For those that do not know, FABTECH is possibly the world's largest and most innovated arena for engineering/welding/manufacturing technology. Not only will this company have a booth dedicated to the machine; they will also be giving an live demo and presentation in front of all attendees. Its debatable if I will venture into purchasing one considering the price and lack of knowledge about its capabilities, but hopefully I will be able to report back after talking to the company's reps and seeing it firsthand. Hopefully my report will assist other's in making the decision whether to purchase.

It looks on par with china quality."out of a job yet" keep buying foriegn............. Isn't that the big bumper sticker all the unions are making their members put on their vehicles. USA made products are becoming a greater demand, and price isn't an issue for the conscience customer. Yes the work volume is much smaller but you can sleep at night knowing you made a top of the line product and or purchase.Anyone interested, look into the 100% USA made toy market right now, it can make you and your small shop a millionare overnight. A 36 employee company is expected to surpase 50 million in sales of 100% USA parts and assembly. This chinese product is almost guaranteed to have US patent infringement as with most imported china product.SPAM500 AMP AIRCO TIG LINCOLN PT185 100% DC @ 128 AMP-WTFSPEED GLASS 9002X MILLER THUNDERBOLT 225HOBBIEST TURNED WELDING JUNKIE8 2ND FIRECAT - SNOWMOBILE RACE CHASSIS FABRICATORPRIDE IS WHAT MAKES YOUR WORK SO GOOD

Reply:I was hopefull that the price might be less... If a company was to make a quality CNC kit at $2000 +/- they would make a killing! I am looking at making my own but it will be a while.Me!
Reply:Made in china eh? not much more to be said, wait long enough and you might just get one in your Mcdonalds happy meal.
Reply:OK, He must have read my posts because he got in contact and was very helpful ( as a salesman should be).
Reply:See I told you! Honestly, if the price could come down I would jump at this. Maybe they will sell enough units that they could afford to reduce the profit margin and make it affordable. I am too considering making my own. There are tons of plans and free info over at CnCzone. You could potentially put together a very decent machine with THC for around $2-3K with top of the line stuff.

Reply:Anyone that buys off of this guy is a joke. First off how relible does this product look and if its sold outside of the us the warranty return policy is a joke. Watch this and think about it when your buying from jokers like this guy.http://youtube.com/watch?v=xHWTLA8WecI
Reply:That "guy" nor his product is a joke. I just returned from FABTECH in Chicago this evening and was able to met and chat with the engineer that developed the cnc machine. He is French for your information deadman. I was able to go through the internals of the machine and its layout. Its quite impressive and offers a nice bang for the buck considering most of the the cnc machines at the convention started at $45-100K+ USDIt comes with plans to make it a full fledged "gantry type" machine. Will soon come with THC and is one of the ONLY machines to utilized USB. It is actually sold throughout the world including; South America, Mexico, all over the European nations, and one of their largest buyers is Canada. You little clip is a little humorous and a bit of Hollywood but has zero to do with this cnc plasma machine. Speaking from a Mechanical Engineer that is VERY much into "innovation and globalization" .... get a clue man.Think before you post such rude remarks.Out of curiosity? What makes you think that this guy is a joke? Is it because he may be Chinese?Do you have something against Chinese? Did you know that the product has nothing to do with China other than the engineer is currently living there? Have you contacted the company at all? Do you you know anything about what they do or who they are before you spite out your slanderous remarks?Last edited by yellow; 11-14-2007 at 11:45 PM.
Reply:Nicely said yellow, to many inputs without knowing all the facts....people need to chill.
Reply:Actually, the price isnt too bad, at $7800.Almost 20 years ago, I paid a couple grand more than that for a made in USA canteliever machine WITH NO COMPUTER.Yep, a made in USA machine that is just optical trace, no computer whatsoever, retailed for almost ten grand in 92 when I bought mine.At that time, the computer was ten grand extra (a Burny, not a PC) plus another 6 to 8 grand for software. And the real industrial stuff, from Koike, C&G, and the other big boys that sell in the US, is priced, as stated above, starting at 30 or 40 grand and going up fast from there.Waterjet was mentioned- a buddy of mine just bought a waterjet machine- a cool $200,000. Thats a bit of a jump from $7800.Yep, you could build your own. And yes, parts, assuming you are a good scrounger, would only cost a few thousand. But there is no way you could build a machine like this, in the USA, and sell it in an ongoing fashion for less than the $7800.
Reply:Yellow, Ces64, Ries and other friends who really interest in this machine, thanks for your honestly word. We return from the Fabtech in Chicago. many professionals may be know this machine form that Show, our website(www.steeltailor.com ) and other ways. So they can see the advantage of this machine.I hope more people understand this machine and wake up to the reform of cutting machine is coming. For my message box is forbided to receive any message.
