Tough night of "domestic" fabricating

Yes - it's tough but once in a while we all have to do it. My girl is at rest, just had a major operation, so I'm "it" for makingthe meals and goodies for the next week or so. Parameters/Equipment: - Whirlpool Super Capacity 465 Oven with Accubake System- 375 degrees- 40 minutes- 9x5 pan, grease bottom onlyResult, Bananna bread with a few chocolate chips on top: Yum Yum !John -  fabricator extraordinaire, car nut!-  bleeding Miller blue! http://www.weldfabzone.com

Reply:No post heat, the destructions specifically stated, "let stand for 5 minutes before chowing down." Pre-heat was 4 minutes at 375 degrees. No apron BUT you guys will absolutely love my darling little ov-glove!
