This is another example of... "Where do they get this stuff?"!! Not standard 2" tube, this is 1 & 3/4" and put together with all-plate! I've got to attach the sway control ball mount to the main mount.So I cleaned and double bevelled the sway control ball mount and cleaned the main ball mount.Then just let it rip!City of L.A. Reply:either turn up your wire speed, turn your heat down, or your travel speed a little faster and you will eliminate your undercut. seing as how you beveled the edges you should certainly have enough penetration. BUt good job other than that.If you look at the middle area where it looks like the weld pattern is a little more sharplike an arrow that is about right if you look at how little of undercut is present.or who knows it could just be the lighting or cammera.
