Hello, This is my first post here. I have a Hobart Handler 135 and I'm about to buy a larger 220V welder, probably either a Millermatic 251 or a Lincoln Power Mig 255C. In a couple of years I will probably move back to Spain, where they use 220V 50Hz, instead of the 60Hz in use here. Would I be able to use this welder over there with the 10Hz difference? Thanks,Mikel
Reply:Won't make a difference on DC.On AC, the only difference you'll notice is the sound of the arc. It will be a lower pitch. |
