I have an aluminium duck hunting boat and would like to add flotation pods to the transom and weld a bracket for the bow to mount a #3,700 Warn winch. Does anyone have experience doing this?
Reply:no but I got a duck boat with pods and they work awsome. fab the pods with .100 or .125 clean up the boat ss brush and acetone. glue on pods let cool and fill with foam... for the winch leave her at home and go hunting. lol I would make up 2 plates and sandwich the boat and bolt it on with stainless hardwareDaye
