Which sounds better?

Im looking for a smaller Gas Drive DC welder for practice at home, and the genny would be nice just in case...Im down too two, - 1st, Lincoln Weldanpower 225 AC/DC, looks purty, but seller states carb or brushes are faulty.- Onan engine2nd, Hobart G-213, old dog. 230amp DC only, 3.5K genny. Reply:Personally, I think I'd keep looking. You are taking a shot in the dark with the Lincoln if it has issues and that old Hobart is likely a pit to throw money into. I am thinking that neither has much generator availible, I may be wrong about that though. Reply:Lincoln is 6kw. I cant find much for the Wisconsin engines, so I think Im gonna look at the Lincoln. If price is right, Ill grab it.
