Reply:"I came across this supposed Welder Generator "Looks like a welder/generator to me.says Dayton Ohio. Trademark expired 1954.Still looks worth restoration possibly. Reply:Is this the company ?Master Electric Co.Dayton, OH1920-1961?Closed its Dayton plant in 1961. Made some motors for Delta (combo units, e.g.), possibly including some rebadged as Delta. Also supplied to Sears, Roebuck. Acquired by Reliance.Reliance was then acquired by Rockwell.
