I have a lincoln weld-pak 100 mig welder. Im using 75% argon 25% co2 gas. what gas setting do i use for .025 or .030 wire when welding. I realize to use more liters if its breezy but what is the standard to start with. Thanks in advance.
Reply:I would say 20 cfm or in your case about 10 liters per minute is sufficient.

Reply:Yes, I would also say 20- 25 cfm. if you are welding outside you may want to increase it a little ( especially if it is windy)
