A real quick question... I'm helping a buddy weld together some cast bronze bookends. Working in his shop. He's actually a wood worker. He bought an older used Syncrowave 250 just for the project. I'm up and running fine but with one random weird problem... At irregular times the machine just wouldn't arc. The high freq is there but no juice. The ground is good. I would mess with it for a while, leave, and come back, then try again and then it might arc. It does always take an extra second or two for the arc to start and stabilize. Any troubleshooting suggestions for the random arc or no arc? |
