Some old stuff

Made the tank yrs. ago.  It's made out of 10ga .  Crazy thing weighs 300lbs. empty, but it ought to last my lifetime2 baffles in the middle to prevent side to side slop.  Holds just shy of 150 gallons.  Used to be about $90 to fill it, now about $600About the only memorable thing about it is the fact that I think I broke my big toe when I was puttin' it together.  Had the back piece of sheet propped up to tack it, and I bumped it somehow, and down she came right on my foot.  Turned black, then sorta green, finally kind of purple.  I'd heard that ya can't really do a thing for a broken/cracked toe, so bein' the bright bulb that I am (), I decided to wear my left work boot 24 hours a day as kind of a way to keep it imobile.  Looked sorta stupid stickin' outta the covers at the foot of the bed.   Toe's fine to this day.  Figure the boot thing either really worked good, or maybe it was never broken in the first place.Nice color that aluminum paint.  Make folks think ya really know what you're doin'  Attached Images"Any day above ground is a good day"http://www.farmersamm.com/
Reply:I understand about the broken toe. Mine was really dumb. I kicked a cow after she hooked me with a horn while I was trying to put out feed for her. Didn't bother her a bit but I hobbled around for weeks. I darn sure didn't wear my boot to bed though. I would have been sleeping on the floor or maybe the couch.
