in 2 months i went through the 135hd,175hd.both got returned to home depot and i had to go bigger.i returned the 175hd today and went to my local welding store and left with the pro mig 215.what a diffrence.i would never go back to a compact welder.i will miss the portability.i have yet to take it anywere anyways.
Reply:99blackzr2,When welding with your Pro Mig 215 do you sometime notice a slight vibration in the mig gun. My gun will weld very smoothly then a slight dragging or somekind of vibration occurs. The odd feeling sometimes goes away, but it's very noticable when it happens. I have had people watch the wire feeder on the machine to see if somekind of change could be noticed. Nothing.. Just asking..... Gearhead
