stick or MIG????

hello all! I am a 23 year old aluminum welder.. I've been welding aluminum for 5 years so far. My buddy asked me to do some welding for him on the frame of a 1927 T-bucket he is restoring and I was just trying to get some opionins on which would be a better option... a MIG welder or a stick welder. if anyone could help me out that would be awesome! Reply:I would say it boils down to the process you are most comfortable with. Both processes are fine in capable hands, also when you say Aluminum welder are you saying you don't have a lot of experience welding steel? If thats the case you may want to turn down the project. Your weld your liability.
