Reply:Looks nice, however according to stanley tools, you blades are .024 thick.  Mine were .009 thick.  Not trying to slam, just keeping it in perspective.
Reply:It is like cutting beer cans in half and welding them back together, I mean soda cans yeah thats it soda cans .

Reply:Obviously razor blades and cans are too easy. You guys need to find something really challenging to compete over.
Reply:Whats between the cans?  Looks like theres more space than there should be.Maybe you have weird cans in brazil.  Or is there some sort of filler plate between there?DewayneDixieland WeldingMM350PLincoln 100Some torchesOther misc. tools

Reply:It was'nt that hard because we as a group told you how to do it...   Very uniform too..Cool...Next time the sparkles on the fingernail.. Reply:Now try it with both blades lying on the table.  A corner joint is a lot easier than a butt joint.  I only tried it one time, and it went fine.  I fired up, began increasing heat/speed, and blew a hole...jammed filler into it, and went on.  It wasn't bad to do at all.  I'm sure I could do it without blowing a hole, but I was kinda trying to see how hot/fast I could go.
Reply:what sort of amps are you guys using for these razor blades?http://datingsidorsingel.com/
