Reply:I know what you mean. I wear out more knees on my pants. It's gonna be nice to stand up and work for a change Good find"Any day above ground is a good day"http://www.farmersamm.com/
Reply:i got mine at the scrap yard too. 6 x 6 with sch 40 pipe for legs. cheaper than buying steel for a new one.
Reply:Man did you score BIG!!! I know you'll love the bench. And the vise another BIG score! You don't even have to worry if you don't find anything for a while, this score should hold you for a long time to come.Way to go man.Miller Thunderbolt 225Millermatic 130 XPLincoln HD 100 Forney C-5bt Arc welderPlasma Cutter Gianteach Cut40ACent Machinery Bandsaw Cent Machinery 16Speed Drill PressChicago Electric 130amp tig/90 ArcHobart 190 Mig spoolgun ready
Reply:thanks man I was proud of myself, it will help make up for all the junk I bought, took home and stored for a while, and then took back at a 10th of what I paid for it.
Reply:Working at bench height is a real plus, much easier on the body too and you don;t lose all that time getting up and down. Good score. Looks like a solid vice too."One of the things we have to be thankful for is that we don't get as much government as we pay for."
