I starting fabbing up the bumper for the kids Jeep, and got to really try out the new PM215 for the first time. The recovery tabs are 1" thick and I am welding them to 4x2" 1/4" rect. tubing. The tabs protrude through the back about 1/4". For process, I tacked all four corners on the back first, then tried to do a continuous bead on the front, but I wasn't coordinated enough for that. I then went and completed the beads around the back where it protrudes.Welder was set on Tap E (not sure what voltage that is), WFS at 320. Anyhow, here are the photo's, please feel free to tear me up.Thanks for the feedback,Mike
