I looked on the net for answers and only found that you can't total go by math because of toleraces and the electro weld seams.Is there a site or list some were of what sizes slide into what other sizes? Reply:You can buy nesting shapes but they often are more expensive than stock shapes. As an alternative you can cut the weld out with a broach. Basically you draw the broach through the tube with a winch and it cuts out the weld seam allowing stock shapes to nest. I've been thinking of building one for ages.
