can someone please explain the different classes to me? I know its due to skill and experience, just would like a more in depth description. thanks!
Reply:#1.can sometimes read a print. Can weld ok. Probably can't fab very much on their own, but (hopefully) willing to learn.#2.Can read most prints, can weld pretty good. Knows what's going on & why. #3.Can read All prints, knows where to look in the code book on their own. Also can run a crew, & doesn't bother me with stoopid questions.. I sure could use a #3... Last #3, was actually full of #2...Buy American, or don't whine when you end up on the bread line.
