I had to make 2 of these.Once again they want me to use E70XX to weld the 6061 aluminum withThe detailer needs to be slapped Tacked upHad to splice a piece in to make width, I kept it square and flat.Kickers to keep my angle, and strong backs to keep it flat. Reply:Nice work Tozzi, you keep getting all the aluminum Hey that print said 70XX Electrodes That detailer does need to be slapped. You shoulda stick welded it just to be a dick I haven't TIGed Al for a month now and its gonna be another 6 weeks with what we got going on. Yup
