Receiving requests for work via email/spam.

I have been getting emails with PDF’s attached from people that just state “need quote, see drawing, need paint”. And that is it. No name, no company representation, no phone number, no quantity, no location, no-nothing else. I responded with a really outlandish quote.  He came back with another drawing and asked the same thing (“need quote, see drawing, need paint”). I then responded to him. Quote, “I am not giving you any more quotes until you tell me at least a name, address and phone number, then I might think about it”. He responded with Name address and phone number, and again with another drawing (re-worked from the first and second one). I never answered his last email with a quote. Three days later. He then sends me a curt email why I am so sour and that he never passes up work. He now goes onto state that the company that is asking him to get this some sort of table made wants many of them made and they need to be heavy wall tubing. He also stated the company requesting them can make them in house but do not want to.  Hmmm.I then wrote him back and stated that he will never get any business over the net with poor requests and lack of information like he has with me. I also told him I have been spammed with better requirements from people in India and he ought to take lessons from them.  Told him I was not interested in his requests.
