I got this truck from a father whom thought him and his son would make a project out of it. To bond you know. Well his son had no interest in it, so now it's mine. well here's a few pictures of it before. They were taken at night so the quality isn't so great. Reply:Denrep It was a three on the tree it's now an automatic. I think it had a 232 in it? It now has what I believe to be a 289 not sure yet. So the rubber molding around the windshield is the same as a car ( what years do you know?) as the rubber is split in a couple places, and I have luck like.... it will definitely leak there. Vacuum wipers..... Reply:Had one just like it yrs ago, Turquoise w/ 3 on the tree and 223 "6". Eventually wound up w/ 352 V-8 and overdrive. Boy, would it go!!!! Reply:Good project truck. Appears to be in relatively good shape. I use to have a 1953 Chevy Split back window PU. My dad and I put in a Corvette 427.Co-Own CNC shop:Miller :1251 plasma cutter, MaxStar 700 TIG/Stick, & XMT 456 Multiprocess Welder.&  2 Hypertherm HPR260's Plasma CutterSorry I had a bad stroke but now I am back.

Reply:MLA2OFUS turquoise may have been the original color of the truck? There is some blue showing threw in a few spots on the inner bed and the quarters. Reply:Tigmusky You truck is fabulous!!!, you probably hear that every time some one sees it though. I hope you will give sources for parts that you have had to find for yours?
