I'm hoping that somebody here can help me find some aluminum short radius elbows. Something like the copper solder joints used in plumbing would be perfect size if only i could find them in aluminum. Like this I need one to weld a new lower oulet onto my aluminum radiator in my car. I have asked around other places and done a fair share of searching with no luck.  What i want to do is move the oulet to the left about 6 or 7 inches toward the red coupling on the left side of this picture..  If nothing else, I will use a straight section of tubing like what is on there already but i would much rather have an elbow if such a thing exists. Thanks for any help!Edit: Forgot to mention I need the inlet/outlet to be either 1.5" or 1.75"  either will work just fine.

Reply:Unfortunately the smallest size they offer is 2"  which seems to be the problem I keep running into while searching. I need a 1.5" or 1.75" both will work.

Reply:Thanks for all of the links, guys!  I just ordered the 1.5" 90 degree L bend from the link Zap posted. Its not quite what I was initially looking for but after taking another look under the hood I think with a little bit of trimming it will work out just fine.  I'm sure I'll be back to post up some pics of my ugly aluminum welds
Reply:For something like a radiator where nice round flowing elbows aren't crucial I have taken pipe and cut it at a 45 degree angle and turn them 180 of each other makes you a 90. Weld it up and onto the pipe or radiator. Doesn't look fabulous but if it is in unseen area it is sometimes acceptable.
