Reply:Nice work!! I like custom jobs that are one off's. One question. Will the crome crack when that flexes under load?
Reply:I have had chrome come off parts with no load/flex, switched chorme shops and have not had problems. This design does not flex much and the chrome hasn't given problems. I guess if there were enough flex it might be a problem for the chrome? If it flexed that much I would be more worried about the haz areas giving up.Peter
Reply:Used to see a lot of chrome wheels when I was a kid, and the chrome seemed to stay on. Wheels have a huge amt. of flex in them too. Must be the process that matters, and how well it's done I guess."Any day above ground is a good day"http://www.farmersamm.com/
Reply:Dang that's purdy. The chrome just makes it pop off the screen. Too bad it's gotten stupid expensive.9-11-2001......We Will Never ForgetRetired desk jockey. Hobby weldor with a little training. Craftsman O/A---Flat, Vert, Ovhd, Horz. Miller Syncrowave 250
