Here is a rail and a wallride I made for my friends snowboard shop.  The city let us close down the street adjacent to the store and hauled in about 150 truck loads of snow and we setup a full snowboard park on the street.  Things went amazingly well and everybody had fun.  The only incident we had was one youngster broke his nose, but his father was a first responder and had him fixed up in no time at all.  Anyway, I don't have a lot of pictures, but can get some more if anybody is interested.  The bent rail was made from 2" OD .125" walled tubing I had rolled a machine shop.  They actually rolled twice the radius that I wanted, but I didn't have enough time for them to redo them, so I just went with it.  Each piece was supposed to be 8" from the high to lowest point, so after I put them together it would drop 16" total.  They got confused and rolled each piece 16" from highest to lowest, so the entire thing dropped 32".  The wall ride is 21' wide and 7' tall with a 22" deck on the top.  It was made from 2"x3" .125 walled tubing, 2" OD .125" walled tubing for the coping, and some extra channel and angle iron I had laying around.  It was then sheeted with 3/4" treated ply.Almost everything was welded with a Thermal Arc Fabricator 281 with .35 wire.  I did the "Y" pieces on the bent rail with my Syncrowave 200, only because I wanted to show it off a little when some buddies came over to help. Reply:That's Maximum awesomeness.I know what you went through to pull that off. My son had a skateboard shop and we set up for a similar event, though not as intense as what you did.I think all of us would like to see more pictures.A butterfly without wings, is just an ugly bug
