Price for this pipe

My wife is really going to kill me...  A guy on Craigslist has 42 feet of 4 1/2 pipe, 1/4" thick for $200.  Is this a fair price?
Reply:Just called the local steel suppy. 4" sch. 40 pipe (4 1/2" OD -..237" WT), same thing as you posted, is $8.01 per ft. That is $336.42 + tax for that random 40 that you are looking at. Sounds like a good deal to me.
