I made this awhile ago out of scraps and left overs. The round head is 1/2" plate. The eyes are 4" rings from a railing job with 3/4" x 2 1/2 bolts and washers. The mouth is 1/4 ss round left over from a barbecue grill I did for some one. I sprayed it with about 20 coats of Rustoleum clear coat. That is the extent of my artistic abilities.
