Any info or plans for front receiver hitch?

Want to carry a boat when towing my fifth wheel, but they want 250.00CDN just for the hitch on the front, hate to think what they want for the rest to mount to it to hold the boat over the cab, so maybe someone has done their own and has plans or knows of where to get plans or what have you for  a guy to build his own, it will be for a 12' cartopper, so no real heavy weight.Just would be nice to take a boat and outboard and do some fishing.

Reply:Thanks, did  a little more searching, came up with a place that sells them and I can get it for 237.00 off them.so probably better to just go get one and go from there and see how to make the rest that the boat would sit on.
